I haven’t traveled much in my life but last year I was fortunate enough to make a trip to London, England. To my surprise I found that metal isn’t frowned upon or dismissed. People playing metal in the subway lines, everyone enjoying it, or appreciating it in some way. I saw musicians of all different genres and caliber all being supported. Went and saw Flatbush Zombies last night at Rebel in Toronto. Easily one of the best shows I've ever seen. They brought so much energy and passion it was insane. The crowd also moshed like it was a metal show. A lot of fun. Got my July issue of Thrasher in the mail today and it came with stickers! Gonz cover is pretty hype. Dude turned like 50. His Blind part (think it was Blind right?) with that flat ground frontside 360 will always play in my head when I hear his name. That
So basically an interesting idea Carl had was to write weekly blogs from the band about literally anything. Mostly music related but also just things we wanted to mention or say for the sake of it.
